Last weekend, Dylan and I embarked on a last-minute adventure to Vancouver Island, to visit Adam from Moistboys and stay at his beautiful house tucked just a few minutes from the beach in Oak Bay.
The original plan for the trip was to go spend some time with Adam, Ben, Josh and Dalton for a weekend, as well as to collect an assortment of car parts, accessories, seats and wheels that Adam had brought in with his latest container for us to have in preparation for our Pop-Up Shop.
But as Dylan and I drove towards the ferry at 4:00 AM on a Saturday morning, there was a lingering question that we couldn’t shake off: Why did Adam stop making YouTube videos on the Moistboys channel? We decided that we would take some time to dig into this and get Adam’s insights before leaving.
Overall the trip was a nice break from our regular routine and as always Vancouver Island proved once again to be a home away from home. We’re already planning our next trip back.
